Boom! Congratulations to the 99 Explosion who won the Lincoln Memorial University (LMU) College Showcase held on LMU's beautiful campus in Harrogate, Tennessee on 10-24 and 10-25! The 99 Explosion went 3-1 and faced a strong 99 White Lightning Team in the final game of the tournament, winning 10-2! For the tournament, the 99 Explosion outscored the competition 30-6. A big shoutout to the Explosion Pitchers (Maggie Savage, Sydney Birchfield, Ariel Holt and Hannah Triplett) who were lights out all weekend. We really enjoyed meeting the LMU Coaches and team and enjoyed the hospitality of campus staff during campus visits. With this tournament, the 99 Explosion's season has ended! Great job girls, we will crank it back up in May 2016!
