Boom! Congratulations to the Explosion 2010 X Team who won the 10u division of the Ella Lett Fundraiser Tournament held at Badgett Park in Knoxville on 10/17/20-10/18/20. For the tournament, the Explosion X went undefeated and beat Pro Concepts for the Championship title. Great job Explosion and Pro Concepts, we are proud of your efforts!

Boom! Congratulations to the '07 Explosion who finished as the 14u runner-up in the Ella Lett Memorial Fundraiser Tournament held at Badgett Park in Knoxville on 10/17/20-10/18/20. The tournament featured a total of 8 teams in the 14u division and the '07 Explosion lost to the 24/25 Team Tennessee 9-8 in the championship game. Great job Team Tennessee and Explosion, we are proud of your efforts!

A big shoutout to the 2024 Explosion who finished a strong 3rd in the 14u division of the PGF Showcase held in Franklin, TN. Overall the 2024 Explosion went 3-1-1, losing to the Indiana Fusion Elite in the single elimination tournament semi-finals. Great job ladies, we are very proud of your efforts!

A big shoutout to the Explosion Select for finishing 3rd in the 18u Gold Division of the USA Halloween Havoc held in Kingsport, TN at Brickyard Park on 10/17/20! For the day, the Explosion went 3-1 losing a heartbreaker to the Boom Select 2-0 in the semi-finals on a 2 out, inside the park homerun. Another shoutout to Tori Coffman who paced the Explosion offensive attack, hitting .667 including a 260 foot homerun in the second game of the day while throwing a 1-hitter in the semi-final loss. Also a big shoutout to Head Coach Kelsey Birchfield who tirelessly works in her spare time to steadily improve this team over the past 2 months while finishing her senior thesis, completing her final year of a Biology major at Maryville College and interviewing for veterinarian school entrance. Great job ladies, we are very proud of your efforts!

Boom! Congratulations to the '07 Explosion who won the 14u A bracket of the ISA World Series Warmup. The '07 Explosion faced the Chattanooga Eagles in the Championship Game dropping it 8-2 but bouncing back in the "If" Game winning 1-0 to claim the championship. The '07 Explosion were 4-0 prior to facing the Eagles, outscoring opponents 36-11 with the bats on fire! Congratulations ladies, we are very proud of your efforts!

Boom! Congratulations to the Explosion X Team who finished as Runnerup in the 10u Division of the USA Fall Classic held in Erwin, TN on 10-3-20! The Explosion X team faced the '09 Pink Panthers in the championship game falling 1-0. Great job Pink Panthers and Explosion X, we are very proud of your efforts!

Boom! The Explosion 2024 finished 2nd in the ISA World Series Warm Up 18U “A” bracket on 10-3-20. This was the first time this 14U Team played against 18U competition and we could not be more proud of the way they showed unbelievable courage, determination, timely hitting, solid pitching, and true Team play!
